Let Me Explain
I have decided to start a blog that will be discussing my plans of decluttering my house, decluttering my life, my plan to exercise more, eat better, and how to juggle it with my everyday busy life. I am hoping people will follow and tell me when I am being a lazy bum. Hopefully this will motivate me to not give up. I am trying to stop trying to be such a people pleaser, but thought I would use one of my faults to my advantage. I think I shall start with a weekly plan and then give updates weekly (or daily if I am feeling extremely energetic) about whether I completed my goals or whether I failed them and my plans on how to improve. Maybe looking back at this time next year it will let me see how far i have come (fingers crossed). I am sure all my Facebook friends will be happy to not read constant updates of..."I am now sweeping my floor, then I shall do situps" 5 minutes later....I have a cramp, sit ups were not completed. Now if you care you can read my blog or you can be rudefaces and completely ignore me (totally joking people who aren't reading this).

When I quit smoking the kabillionth time until I really quit every time an urge or negative thought hit me I went out and walked a few minutes or bought a jump rope so on days I couldn't run I would jump until the urge or thought left. Good luck I know you can do any thing you put your mind to! Also when you don't have 30 minutes, take 10! http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/tonys-10-minute-miracle-plan?hs317=billboard_3

Make your goals attainable but still challenge yourself. Cutting back on pop or cutting it out completely will make a world of difference. Distance yourself from anything that has High Fructose Corn Syrup in it. That stuff is going to kill us! Eat at least one BigAss Salad every day. Use any dressing you want, make half of it spinach and put some chicken or tuna on it. I did this for about a month and lost about 15 lbs without really trying. Try to use organic if you can afford it.
